Port Style Dessert Wine      $110.00

In the Portuguese tradition, this wine is made from a blend of several grape varieties, including grapes indigenous to Southwest Europe. Intense fruit character and depth of flavour at bottling.

Serve at room temperature with rich chocolate desserts, or the classic combination of Stilton cheese, fresh pear slices and walnuts.

Black Currant Port Style      $110.00

Classic dessert wine infused with flavourful black currant. Intense, rich and savory! Enjoy after 2 or 3 weeks aging. Best after a year in the bottle.

Riesling Ice Wine Style      $115.00

Made with Washington State Johannisberg Riesling, producing intensely complex aromatics and flavours as well as a rich, lingering finish. Peach, apricot, and honey notes stand out on both the nose and the palate. The wine can be enjoyed young or cellared for several months for extra depth and structure. 

Pairs well with ripe fruit and the richest of desserts.

Cabernet Franc Ice Wine Style      $115.00

A wonderful taste sensation! Sweet strawberries on the nose and packed full of jammy red fruit on the palate. Offers a rich, lingering finish.
